Cancellation Policy

Longer programs

In general, for our longer programs, full payment is due 60 days (Wild Threshold Crossing) or 90 days (Vision Quest) before program start. If not received in this time, your place will be forfeited, unless you have spoken to us to arrange a payment plan.

We adhere to the following cancellation policy:

A) If you cancel more than 60 days (Wild Threshold Crossing) or 90 days (Vision Quest) before program start, your deposit is not refundable, but you have the option to transfer it to a future program for a fee of $50. If you have already paid the full amount, it will be refunded, minus the deposit.

B) If you cancel between 7 and 60 days (Wild Threshold Crossing) or 90 days (Vision Quest) before program start, and:

we can fill your place, we will similarly refund the program fee minus the deposit, and give you the option to transfer your deposit to a future program for $50.

we can’t fill your place, we will not refund the program fee or the deposit, and you won’t have the option to transfer to a future course, except in exceptional circumstances. If you have not already paid in full you will be required to pay.

C) If you cancel fewer than 7 days before program start, we will not endeavour to fill your place and will not be able to refund any of the amount.

Weekly programs

For short courses (Earth Time, The Science and Art of the Hand Drill):

Refunds are available until 14 days before course starts, minus $25 admin fee.

After this point if you can no longer attend, we cannot offer refunds but you may sell or gift your ticket at no extra cost. Please let us know the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.

Passes must be used this term.

No refunds on drop-in passes.
