Rewild and Connect
Be guided to rewild and connect with Nature's Apprentice
Claire Dunn.
About this event
Our connection to nature is an essential element of our humanity, yet connection requires more than simply getting a little fresh air or an armchair understanding.
Learning daily practices to ground ourselves in the rhythms of nature, and acquainting ourselves with the plants, animals, and elements of our bioregion, we can begin to cultivate a deeper connection with the wisdom of the land, with our own inner landscape and also explore a human scale rhythm of life that serves in re-creating meaningful community.
This workshop will introduce core routines of deep nature connection – practices that fast track a sense of belonging – even in the city. Expect a hands-on workshop experience, weaving together nature sensitivity and ecological literacy.
